How it all started...

Chris and Nada Waldrop moved with their son Simeon (at that time 1 year old) from Split/ Croatia to Münster in March 2010. The Origin of the Calvary Chapel Movement

The Calvary Chapel movement began in Costa Mesa, California in the late 1960s. Pastor Chuck Smith and his wife, Kay, had a strong concern for the youth in the hippie movement.
